Mission statement
‘To provide future and existing customers an effective ability to control their buildings in an efficient manner that reduces the building’s energy use, whilst at the same time making the process of running a building more convenient for its owners and occupiers. To achieve this, we will continually develop our relationships with customers, partners and employees creating an inviting and enjoyable environment.’
How we work
At Invoke Controls we like to be involved from inception right through to aftersales of your project. This means we’ll be with you every step of the way, including a courtesy call three months after completion of a project. Just to ensure you’re still happy with how your system works.
Initial enquiry
From initial contact we will arrange a meeting at your home/office dependent on where your project is for. We will gather as much information, with your help and some suggestions from ourselves, about your requirements for every part of the project. With this information we can devise a first proposal along with estimated costs.
Design
At this stage we conclude with a final proposal, specification and contract that is agreed by both parties, along with a detailed quotation and outline of equipment to be installed.
Installation
Installing the cable infrastructure and equipment, we liaise with other trades and make communication a key aspect to minimise a projects possible disruptions. We can even work in partnership with your own electricians if you’d prefer this to be the case.
Commissioning
Once the installation has taken place our next stage is to commission your system. This is usually done in 2 stages. The first stage is done with your system controllers at our workshop. This is to firstly ensure that the controller works and secondly reduce time onsite commissioning. The second stage is then the fine tune configuration of your system that ensures the controllers are working at optimum performance.
Completion
On completion of a project an O&M manual will be provided along with the relevant training and demonstration of your system.
Support
After your project has been completed and you’re enjoying the benefit of your control system, we will follow up with a visit to ensure everything is still to your requirements. If any small tweaks or adjustments are needed, we will discuss these and arrange for an engineer to come out to site and make the necessary modifications. Following on from this we can offer a full maintenance package to suit your requirements once your warranty period has expired.
